Don’t use exam results to mock candidates

Shameful • Whenever national examination results are announced, Richard Kihara says, he gets irritated to hear mention of the bottom Grades D and E. “Education policymakers should stop this. Of what use are the poor grades, which mean four years of nothing but despair and frustration?
