As part of their mission to elevate football to greater heights in Kenya, Mozzart Bet has inked a multimillion deal with FKF Premier League debutants APS Bomet, becoming the club's official shirt sponsors.
In a colourful ceremony held on November 27 at the Administration Police Service (APS) headquarters in Jogoo House A in Nairobi, the two parties inked a Ksh11 million one-season renewable deal.
The deal will include Ksh10 million in cash, while Ksh1 million will be used to purchase club merchandise.
Speaking at the event, Deputy Inspector General (DIG), APS, Gilbert Masengeli, who also serves as the club’s deputy patron, termed the sponsorship as a big sigh of relief.
“We really appreciate the partnership that we have with Mozzart. It is the end of bad times and the beginning of good times. We have had financial challenges as a team, and I believe this will now help us to even get better,” said Masengeli.
On his part, Mozzart Bet Director Rolex Sirma revealed why the gaming firm settled on the Law Enforcers. “APS were the most deserving club for this sponsorship. The club has been performing well without a sponsor, including gaining promotion to the FKF Premier League. We believe that with this sponsorship, they will be even better, and as a company, we promise to walk this journey with them and see them do well,” said Sirma.
Apart from APS Bomet, the gaming firm is also the shirt sponsor of 2023 Mozzart Bet Cup champions Kakamega Homeboyz, and believes that the league's newbies can replicate or better the success the Kakamega-based side has achieved.

This sponsorship is part of Mozzart Bet’s broader commitment to develop sports in the country, at least according to the company's Marketing Manager, Frank Ochieng.
“We are committed to the enhancement of sports in the country. This is our second sponsorship of an FKF Premier League team and four other teams in the National Super League (NSL),” Ochieng said. He continued: “Just like we have helped the Malkia Strikers and Kakamega Homeboyz become successful, we believe we can do the same with APS Bomet, if not better. The Mozzart Bet-effect could be seen in the club’s 4-1 win over Gor Mahia, and I believe this will continue in the future,” he stated.
In the National Super League (NSL), Mozzart Bet is also the shirt sponsor of Migori Youth, Kisumu All Stars, 3K FC, and Soy United, to a tune of Ksh24 million.
