Kenya Airways unveils direct flights to Juba, Khartoum
Kenya Airways has started direct flights from the South Sudan’s largest City of Juba to Khartoum in Sudan as it eyes Africa expansion.
The carrier, which is currently expanding in Africa, said the new flight would originate from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport to Khartoum via Juba and back to Nairobi every Wednesday and Sunday.
There also be another flight to Juba via Khartoum and back to Nairobi every Friday.
“Kenya Airways is steadfast on creating free flows of trade and tourism across Africa and in other key markets because we believe our wide network and reliable services will aid in opening up opportunities across the region,” said chief executive Allan Kilavuka in a statement yesterday.
