  • The latest incident comes barely a day after 41 teenagers were arrested in Nairobi while partying.

Police in Webuye, Bungoma County have arrested 21 teenagers while smoking and drinking in a local club within the town. 

Bungoma East police boss Valerian Obore said the youths were arrested on Sunday evening at about 5pm at Santa Barbara bar and restaurant.
