There was drama in a Homa Bay court on Wednesday when a suspect accused of defiling a 10-year-old child in Rangwe two weeks ago told a magistrate that he is a prophet who can foresee the future. Raphael Okinyi (alias Prophet Abraham) is accused of defiling the child in an attack that led to her death.
He appeared before Homa Bay Principal Magistrate Ruth Maloba on Thursday but failed to plead to any charges as police are still investigating the case.
