Isiolo Governor Abdi Guyo is a man under siege — in the words of County Assembly Speaker Mohamed Roba, "the governor is now a rowdy tenant."

Besides facing ouster through impeachment, the governor has also been served with a notice of eviction from his office by the County Assembly Speaker.
