Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai has been sued by a private firm, Cancer Investments Ltd, which alleges he illegally invaded and took possession of their property in Nairobi's prime Runda estate on March 31.
The firm claims that during the alleged invasion, individuals associated with Alai, armed with crude weapons, broke the gate, demolished a pillar, and physically assaulted the company director.
A private firm has sued Kileleshwa MCA Robert Alai for allegedly invading a property in Nairobi’s high-end Runda estate.
Cancer Investments Ltd said in a petition certified as urgent that Mr Alai invaded and took possession of the property on March 31, and efforts to remove the trespassers have been in vain.
