  • The push for the ouster of Ms Elachi has gathered momentum.
  • This is after 59 MCAs signed the impeachment motion, way above the 42 signatures needed.

MCAs allied to Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi have vowed to block an impending censure motion against her.

This comes even as the ward reps lashed out at Governor Mike Sonko, accusing him of instigating the chaos witnessed at the city assembly on Tuesday.
