Church leaders in Nyeri have called on President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to resolve their political differences and stop attacks on one another for the sake of the existing peace in the country, saying their exchanges are polarising the masses.
Speaking under the umbrella of the National Council of Churches of Kenya (NCCK), the leaders said that differences between the two are personal and should not be passed on to Kenyans who deserve peaceful elections in August.
