Breaking your sugar addiction

  • This is because sugar cravings are one of the main reasons people have a hard time shedding weight and eating healthy.
  • In order to prevent sweet cravings in the first place – or to successfully manage them – it’s important to understand when the craving strike. Is it when you are hungry or when you are stressed or when you are most relaxed?  This will help you know the exact trigger for you to deal with them.
