‘Stella’ set for night in Machakos

Buoyed by the popularity of the evergreen song “Stella” that excited fans on May 17, Freshley Mwamburi (Stella’s jilted lover) and his Everest Kings band will on Friday evening host “Stella Night” in Machakos town.
The group, led by Abdul Muyonga, will perform on Friday and Saturday night at Club Kikao(Kenya Israel) along the Machakos-Nairobi highway.
Speaking to Nation.co.ke, Freshley confirmed that Stella, the woman who left him for another man, is married and lives in Japan with her Japanese husband.
“We speak occasionally despite what happened in the past,” he said.
Stella hails from Sengani near Kangundo.

When not busy performing in Machakos, Freshley spends his time in Nairobi with his wife Dorcas Nduku and three children (two girls and a boy).
