Kenyan singer Muthaka wins best female artiste in East Africa at Afrima
Singer, composer and performer Muthaka (real name Christine Muthaka). She was crowned Best Female Artiste in East Africa at Afrima Awards held in Dakar, Senegal on January 15, 2022.

Kenyan Singer Muthaka has been crowned the best female artiste in East Africa in the just concluded All Africa Music Awards (Afrima) held in Dakar, Senegal.
She beat Tanzania’s Zuchu, Kenyans Nikita Kering and Tanasha Donna, as well as Hewan Gebrewold and Betty G from Ethiopia, among others.
