Algeria backs use of malaria drug despite WHO dropping trials

A member of the scientific committee on Covid-19 said they have treated thousands of cases with this medicine.
Public figures including US President Donald Trump have backed the drug as a virus treatment.
Bekkat said the country had not registered any deaths caused by hydroxychloroquine.
