Case against ‘fake’ officer derails again

The case against Mr Joshua Waiganjo, who is accused of being a police imposter, again failed to proceed on Wednesday after the transfer of the presiding magistrate.
Mr Clarence Otieno, who has been Nyeri principal magistrate, was transferred on Tuesday.
