A special KCPE exam will be administered in January 2024 for 9,354 candidates who missed the last 8-4-4 primary school national assessment, CS Machogu announced.
The top candidate in this year’s Standard Eight examinations scored 428 marks out of 500, Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu announced.
The top scorer, Michael Warutere, was a pupil at Riara Springs Primary in Imara Daima, Nairobi.
