TSC head of communications Beatrice Wababu said the list is in the approvals stage and will be published once approved by chief executive Nancy Macharia.
Meanwhile, the commission has registered a total of 8,551 teachers, who recently graduated from training colleges and universities.
The Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has recommended the removal of 30 teachers from the register for various offences, meaning they will not be able to secure teaching jobs anywhere.
Most of those to be blacklisted have faced disciplinary cases for sexual offences including defilement.
