A company associated with former Vice-President Moody Awori on Tuesday produced evidence in the High Court to prove that it owns a Sh8 billion city farm as the lawyer of a dead widow staking a claim to the land pulled out of the case.

Lawyer William Arusei withdrew when his request to adjourn the case to enable Catherine Njeri Ng’ang’a to seek orders at the Family Division authorising her to pursue the case on behalf of Carmelina Mburu was rejected.
