JKIA court jails German drug trafficker for 20 years, fines him Sh20m

The JKIA court has jailed German national Rommenswinkel Dieter for 20 years and ordered him to pay a Sh20m fine for trafficking 2.7kg narcotics worth Sh8.34m.
