According to the survey, Kakamega scored an average of 57.2 percent in the delivery of services to its residents.
Kisumu’s Anyang’ Nyong’o was ranked the best performing first term governor at 65.9 percent, followed by John Lonyangapuo of West Pokot at 64.2 percent.
Kakamega county has been ranked the best performing county in the country in the latest survey report released by Infotrak.
The survey released on Wednesday showed that the county scored an average of 57.2 percent in the delivery of services to its residents, followed by Kwale at 54.8 percent and Makueni in third position at 54.7 percent.
