Outgoing Mandera County Governor Ali Roba has ditched Raila Odinga's Azimio movement to join President-elect William Ruto's Kenya Kwanza coalition.
Along with Mandera governor-elect Mohamed Khalif, they were welcomed into the fold by Dr Ruto at his Karen residence on Thursday.
