A court  has discharged Denis Karani Gachoki, the man accused  of the Mirema  daylight  shooting to death of suspected fraudster Samuel Mugoh Mugota

Mr Gachoki was freed by Milimani principal magistrate Carolyne Muthoni Njagi.
