President William Ruto has appointed former Prime Minister Raila Odinga's nephew, Jaoko Oburu, as Adviser, Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Livelihoods.
He is set to hold the position for a period of three years, adding to President Ruto's growing growing number of advisers.
