Deputy President William Ruto’s irreducible minimums on the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) continue to elicit reactions, with some leaders accusing him of derailing the process.
Dr Ruto on Wednesday said there is still room for consensus on the BBI and recommended that the referendum be held alongside the 2022 General Election.
