Ruto security tightened after shoe-hurling incident

The security personnel also prevented members of the public from getting too close to Ruto car.
Security was tightened in all venues where President William Ruto visited on Monday in Migori County after a security breach the previous day when a shoe was thrown at the Head of State.
Police officers assigned to protect the President enforced stricter crowd control measures, including keeping members of the public at bay.
