Mr Sakaja spent Saturday night in a police cell after he was arrested for violating the 9pam to 5am curfew that was set to help contain the coronavirus.
He was seized alongside three others after they were caught drinking at the establishment shortly after 1am.
Nairobi Senator Johnson Sakaja Tuesday pleaded guilty to breaching curfew orders on July 18, when he was found at Ladies Lounge in Kilimani.
He appeared before Chief Magistrate Roselyne Onganya at the Kasarani Covid-19 Makeshift Court.
