Ms Adhiambo admitted a third charge of being found with Ms Mutheu’s phone at her house in Dagoretti but denied knowing it had been stolen or illegally acquired from the owner.
A woman found in possession of a mobile phone which was stolen during a raid at Makueni MP Daniel Maanzo’s Nairobi residence in February was Thursday charged with robbing the politician.
