Business Daily's Top 40 Under 40 Women is a prestigious annual recognition celebrating young women under 40 who are redefining leadership and impact in Kenya. The 2025 edition honors achievers across diverse sectors—from business and technology to culture, sports, and advocacy—highlighting their resilience, creativity, and leadership.
More than just a list, the initiative shares their stories to inspire future leaders, promote cross-sector collaboration, and showcase the role of youth and gender diversity in national transformation.
This year, the program featured media profiles and a celebratory gala held on Thursday, 28 August 2025, at the Serena Hotel, Nairobi, to recognize the honorees and amplify their impact.
