The Eldoret Race Club Cup at Ngong, did not depreciate in value, at any stage. Even our Bampton emerged hitch-less, from her stall, clicking fourth. Pitch, Ten Eighty, Strider, and, Cranleigh, all received accolades from course commentator, Duncan.

Bedford only became relevant at the bend, when Michael Fundi had to prevent him from swaying. Upon being straightened, Tony Kuria's, Bedford, ran as pure liquid sunshine to the wire, from a fatigued Strider.

Lesley Sercombe handled her auspicious ride on Sheriff John Stone, with calm assurance, while Benchmark and Mo Showers transformed the 2,060m Iten Handicap, into a sprint. Naturally, their resources depleted, granting Sheriff John Stone, with nicely pricked ears, a sheeny passage for Racing Rascals. Lesley engineered a similar recital on Liverpool, when Roxy Music almost stole the Stony River Maiden.

Worth mentioning that the entire card revealed first two places were accompanied by monstrous gaps, to third.
