What you need to know:

  • Kenya’s opening match against DR Congo on Sunday also so all the tickets on offer sell out.
  • The refurbished MISC is now a 48,000-seater facility from the original 60,000 capacity behemoth.

If you were planning to attend Kenya’s 2024 African Nations Championships (Chan) Group 'A' match against Angola tomorrow (Thursday) at Moi International Sports Centre and have not acquired a ticket, then forget about it.

Tickets sold out yesterday (Tuesday).

Perhaps you may then consider Stars’ next match against giants Morocco on Sunday at the same venue.

Well, if you have not purchased a ticket then just go and check on your KBC TV aerial. That match sold out by Tuesday morning. All the tickets -- Sh200 Ordinary and Sh500 Silver for Harambee Stars matches have been snapped up like hot cake.
