Defending champions Kenya Police Bullets returned to winning form Sunday with a commanding 6-0 victory over Kakamega-based Wadadia Women at Mumias Sports Complex in the Football Kenya Federation Women's Premier League (FKF-WPL).

Under the guidance of coach Beldine Odemba, Bullets made adjustments to their backline, with Leah Andiema and Mary Nthambi starting, while Norah Ann began on the bench. Midfield dynamo Lydia Akoth was unavailable due to illness.

Diana Wacera opened the scoring in the 18th minute, followed by Lydia Waganda in the 27th minute, establishing early dominance for the Bullets. New signing Emily Morang’a came on in the second half, replacing midfielder Mercy Masika, and made her mark by scoring in the 58th minute.

Prolific striker Rebecca Okwaro continued her impressive season, finding the net twice in the 62nd and 73rd minutes, bringing her tally to six goals in as many matches, making her the league's top scorer.

The rout was capped by defender Elizabeth Ochaka, who netted her first FKF-WPL goal in the 80th minute since joining the team this season.

The emphatic win places the law enforcers second in the league standings with 11 points, on par with four-time champions Vihiga Queens, who slipped to third after a goalless draw against Bunyore Starlets at Moi Stadium in Kisumu.

In another clash, Bungoma Queens held Ulinzi Starlets to a 2-2 draw at Bungoma National Polytechnic. Wanyama Winrose and Catherine Khaemba scored for Bungoma in the 5th and 55th minutes, while Ulinzi’s goals came from Sophy Adhiambo in the 13th minute and Joy Kinglady in the 38th minute.
