Allan Olingo

Allan Olingo is currently the Bureau Chief, East Africa at the Fuller Project. Mr Olingo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with Communications as a major from the University of Nairobi. Mr Olingo is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Digital Audience Strategy at Arizona State University. 

He is also a Bloomberg Media Initiative Alumni from Strathmore University.
