UniAbroad Education Services has remained a trusted bridge between Kenyan students and world-class universities for over a decade. As an accredited overseas education consultancy licensed by the Commission for University Education (CUE), UniAbroad has helped thousands of students to find life-changing opportunities in countries such as the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Germany, UAE and Malaysia.
From free consultations to end-to-end application support, UniAbroad provides a smooth, reliable, and personalised experience for students seeking to study abroad. Its dedicated team of expert counsellors helps match students with accredited institutions based on their career goals, academic history, and financial capacity. The package includes visa assistance, accommodation support, and pre-departure guidance.
Exclusive partnership with Aramex
In an exciting new development, UniAbroad has partnered with Aramex, a leading global logistics provider, to enhance the support offered to students and their families. Through this partnership, parents and guardians can now send essential items, such as documents, foodstuffs, clothing, and care packages, directly from UniAbroad offices to students in different countries across the globe.
This strategic alliance is further leveraged to support students during their visa application process, particularly for the USA.
US Visa passport collection and drop-off service
UniAbroad, in collaboration with Aramex, now offers a vital service for applicants processing their visa for the USA. Anyone required to drop off or collect their passport for the US visa process can now conveniently do so at any UniAbroad office. Applicants can choose any of UniAbroad's countrywide offices to manage the logistics of sending their passport to and from the Embassy, a service made possible through the Aramex partnership.
“Parents simply need to visit our Nairobi, Eldoret, Kisumu, or Nakuru offices, and we’ll handle the rest,” says UniAbroad Business Development Manager Stella Kinyanjui. “We provide country-specific guidelines and ensure safe, reliable delivery through Aramex to various destinations, including Australia, the UK, US, Ireland, Germany, Malaysia, UAE, and Canada.” This partnership enhances UniAbroad’s mission of supporting students beyond the application process, extending care, convenience, and peace of mind to families in Kenya.
Additional support and timely application
The team also supports students in exploring scholarship options. While full scholarships are limited, many students secure funding covering between 30 percent to 100 percent of tuition fees through UniAbroad’s application support.
One of the most common setbacks for students who have sat the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is late application, given that many of them wait until exam results are released. As a result, they miss crucial scholarship deadlines. This is unlike students under foreign curricular, who generally begin the process early. “We urge schools and parents to start the application process in advance,” Ms Kinyanjui advises. “The earlier you start, the wider the opportunities, especially for scholarships and competitive programmes.”
With increasing demand for overseas education, UniAbroad cautions families against fraudulent agents promising guaranteed visas or scholarships in exchange for large sums of money. “If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is,” Ms Kinyanjui warns. “Always confirm that an agent is licensed by CUE and has a strong track record in the industry.”
Whether you're aiming for the UK, US, Canada, Australia, or elsewhere, UniAbroad is here to help you every step of the way. Now with Aramex as part of the package, you have on your side trusted international logistics services.
