Karume grandson accused of killing girlfriend in Kiambu to be held for 10 days

A grandson of former Defence minister Njenga Karume, who is accused of throwing his girlfriend to her death from the fourth floor of an apartment block on Thursday last week, will be detained for another 10 days.
A Kiambu court gave this verdict Tuesday after the police made an application to continue holding Mr Kenneth Karume, 30, at the Kiambu station to facilitate further investigations in a case in which he is accused of killing Ms Victoria Wairimu on the eve of the Easter holidays.
