Nyabigege residents protest after murder of two men

  • The residents lit bonfires on Kisii-Migori highway paralysing traffic for several  hours.

  • The demonstration follows the killing of two men guarding a garage in the area on May 31, 2018.

  • An AP officer’s jacket and a regular policeman’s cap were recovered at the scene of the crime.

Residents of Nyabigege in South Mugirango, Kisii  County, on Monday protested over insecurity in the area.
