The Environment and Land Court has barred private developer Rajab Ahmed Karume from evicting the Insurance Training and Education Trust (ITET) from its land in Nairobi’s South C area.
In a ruling issued by Milimani Environment and Land Court Judge Grace Kemei, the developer was ordered to immediately stop constructing a perimeter wall that was cutting off five acres of the College of Insurance’s playground.
