Fish oil: They give us essential fatty acids which our bodies are not designed to make. Ensure your diet includes foods that have Omega 3 fatty acids.
Natural sources of omega 3 include soya bean oil, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, walnut oil. Omega 3 foods also are good for our joints, heart and healthy brain function. Fish sources of omega 3 are, salmon, sardines, mackerel and herring.
Eat foods that are rich in vitamin E which is a form of antioxidant. Vitamin E rich foods may help keep the heart and brain healthy and functioning properly.
Good choices of vitamin E rich foods include avocado, almonds and hazelnuts, peanuts and peanut butter and sunflower seeds.
Alcohol affects your brain health. When you take alccohol, you are not able to sleep well and lack of sleep can affect your brain health. When people take too much alcohol it damages the brain. Anytime a person takes alcohol to a point where they do not know themselves they are slowly damaging their brain. And the damage is not irreversible.
