'Body By Design' case: Surgeon and clinic owners charged, to remain behind bars

A surgeon and the owner of "Body By Design" clinic, charged with killing a woman after plastic surgery gone wrong, will remain in custody for two weeks pending an impact pre-bail report on the victims affected.
Senior Principal Magistrate Samson Temu ordered that Dr Robert Maweu Mutula, Mr George Wakaria Njoroge and Ms Lilian Edna Wanjiru Mwariri of Omnicare Medical Ltd – or Body By Design – to remain behind bars until April 15.
