HIGH COURT overturns acquittal of Deepak Kamani and brother in Sh3.5bn Anglo Leasing scandal; says they should also be tried alongside ex-PSs Dave Mwangi, Joseph Magari and Joseph Onyonka.
The court said the Kamanis and the PSs should be placed on their defence for conspiracy to defraud the government.
