The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the right of the National Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (NGLHRC) to register.

Ten years ago, Kenya's NGO Coordinating Board refused to register the NGLHRC, claiming it 'promotes same-sex behaviour'.
