Corazon Kwamboka is no stranger to the spotlight. An internet personality, Advocate of the High Court, influencer, and content creator.

She says she is embracing singlehood because life has taught her some painful lessons about love.

My body shape is largely genetic, diet and working out. I tell women it takes time to have a nice physique, but some prefer shortcuts.

Besides going to the gym, I recently started intermittent fasting, which has also helped me work toward a flatter tummy. The idea is to fast for the longer part of the day and then eat within a specific window.

In my routine, my first meal is always at 3 pm. When I break the fast, I usually have something substantial, like half a chicken, four eggs, some rice, and vegetables. In a way, it’s like having two meals in one sitting, and that’s it for the day.

After that, I stick to water, coffee without sugar, or any other zero-calorie drinks until the next day at 3 pm.

When I had my two babies, I weighed over 90 kilos. Since then, I’ve managed to stay in shape, but I’ve only shed a few kilos and have been stuck at the same point for a while.

My goal is to get to between 77 and 80 kilos. People often tell me I already look good, but my aim is to feel lighter and more agile, while still maintaining the physique I’ve worked hard to build.

I know that if I took Mounjaro or Ozempic injections, I could probably lose 10 kilos in just a month. But I don’t think I need the shortcut. It doesn’t build character or discipline, and there are side effects that come with it.

I’d rather deal with the side effects of lifting weights. At least those come with strength. And with the injections, the weight loss often happens in a way that can also change your physical appearance in ways you might not like.

I still desire to have more children; my plan is to have six, but I am yet to find a good man. Or maybe I am just too picky. I don’t know for sure. But I think I am still healing from heartbreaks. I don’t trust men anymore.

I am currently at a very good place but just not ready yet to date again. I am enjoying my own company so much. I do go out for dates, meet guys but at the end of the day I just want to go back to my own space. Singlehood isn’t a bad thing after all.

I have a good relationship with Frankie (Just Gym It), the father of my children. We have a very good co-parenting relationship. That chapter of us being together closed, now we focus on the children.

I stay with the children most of the time, then he picks them up on Friday. It’s been beautiful how were able to have this sort of arrangement.

Before having my children, I struggled with endometriosis, then had surgery and the following year, unplanned, I had my first child. The doctor told me that once you have a child, you reduce the chances of endometriosis recurring. But I also know physical exercise and eating the right foods also help a great deal in managing endometriosis.

I am not a practising advocate but I keep renewing my practising license, attending workshops and training just to develop myself intellectually. You never know, at some point I might need to use these skills sets. New laws, such as Data Protection, weren't there when I was in school. Now we have AI and new polices and laws are coming up.
