Embu to host The Millennials Old-school Hangout show

A special variety show dubbed – The Millennials’ Old-school Hangout- Rewind Season 2 is set to be held on October 11, 2025 at Izaak Walton Gardens in Embu.
To thrill revelers will be Nazizi alongside the popular the duo of DJ Kayjay and DJ Caril.
The event to be hosted by the Rewind team led by Sety Ndwiga, is expected to be a time of fun for all disco fans from Embu and its environs.
According the organisers, the events is a lifestyle experience for old school music lovers, blending nostalgia with timeless classics.
It’s a day-to-night celebration packed with live DJ sets, RnB sing-alongs, interactive games, plenty of food, drinks and also an opportunity for social networking.
As Ndwiga puts it. "This season steps it back to the very best of old school genres — from RnB, hip Hop, dancehall/Ragga and Kenyan classics to timeless Soul. It’s a cocktail of feel-good music designed to keep you on your feet from start to finish.”
Event starts at 11am until dawn. Entrance is Sh500 (advance) and Sh700 (gate).
Meanwhile the Braeburn School on Gitanga Road in Nairobi will on Saturday host the BYSS- Sina Maoni comedy show. Those expected to perform are Mugambi Nthiga, Yafesi Musoke, June Gachui, Patricia Kihoro, Kevin “K1” Maina, Justin Karunguru, Elsaphan Njora and Jason Runo. Show starts at 8pm, Entrance is Sh3,500 (advance).
Elsewhere, the Dogtober Fest -11the edition is set to held on Sunday at the Waterfront Karen in Nairobi. Dogtoberfest is a dog's day out for family and friends.
This year’sevent according to the organizers will mark the 11th anniversary since it was started. Lined up is fun, games. activities for dogs, kids and adults. There will also be plenty of food and drinks. Entrance is Sh700 (gate kids) and Sh1,500 (gate adults).
In Kitengela, Kajiado County, today, it will be the Millennials and Baddies Show at the T- Point Arcade Gardens. It is expected to be a day of exciting games, music food and refreshing drinks. The show starts.at 12pm until dawn.
In Nairobi, The Ballpoint Social Club at the Village Market, Gigiri, will next Friday host the Afro- Latin Dance Party- October Edition. It will be an evening of afrobeats, Bachata, Salsa and Kizomba. Event starts at 6pm and ends at 10pm.
Meanwhile Luo Rhumba fans in Nairobi can team up today at the Vibanda Village on Third Avenue (Off Ngong Road) for the Rhumba Lifestyle Party show featuring Johnny Junior and his BV Band. The entrance fees for the show will Sh1,000. On Sunday, they perform at the Benelix Lounge in Doonholm. Nairobi.

At the Egesa Villa in Nairobi Umoja's estate it’s the Amitie Musica band led by Crispen Tambwe every Friday. Shows start at 7pm until dawn.
