Richard and Philip have complained to Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko (above) and Inspector-General of Police David Kimaiyo over the conduct of the police.
They also claim their father’s burial at the cemetery, despite him not being a Muslim, was part of a plot to conceal the cause of his death.
