Varsity staff union joins case against PSC lowering retirement age

The High Court has allowed Kenya University Staff Union (Kusu) to join the academic staff case against the Public Service Commission lowering professors’ retirement age from 74 to 70 years.

Kusu said the PSC plan has affected its members as it has ordered that their retirement age be lowered from 65 to 60.
